Asociaţia Papară Mihăiţă is a Non Profit Non Governmental Organization founded in 2007.

In September 2005, Mihăiţă Papară (25 years old) had a car accident that resultet in a left above the knee amputation.

In order to better understand and to accept his disability, Mihăiţă searched over the internet for information about people with similar experiences.
